Handover
A traceable delivery pack includes test cases, configuration lists, operating documents and an issue register. Performance conclusions use agreed workloads.
Ongoing operations
Annual basic, standard or advanced scopes can be arranged. One workday means eight hours; service days and response methods are written into the contract.
